Family Fuelled - Mountain Culture x Wildflower Collaboration
This open-fermented saison was a collaboration with Wildflower, a fellow wholly family-owned brewery. It has gone through a six-week fermentation process - one-week open ferment in our brewery, two weeks in Brite tanks and then a further three weeks in can for natural carbonation. Best enjoyed the way we brewed it - with friends who feel like family.
